e-Learning Jamaica in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Youth and the Statistical Institute of Jmaiaca donated 63 laptops, 120 tablets and 4 projectors (to be handed over at a later date) to the Department of Correctional Services to assist with their Teaching, Learning and Mentorship programmes in the Juvenile Facilities. This donation follows consultation held with the Ministry of National Security and the Department of Correctional Services to determine the needs of the entity.

e-LJam believes that all our students including those in state care must have access to digital devices to enhance their learning experience so that they can contribute to the transformation of Jamaica that is quickly evolving into a digitally oriented society.
